HOW TO ORDER?

  • Be our member by create an account with us. CLICK HERE and follow the steps.
  • Choose items that you want and click Add to Cart. If you wish to keep shopping, click Continue Shopping and repeat the process.
  • Proceed to cart and checkout. Make sure all your details are correct.
  • Select a payment method :
    • Online transfer (please email proof of payment)
    • Cash deposit (please email proof of payment)
    • Paypal
    • Credit Card
  • Click I Confirm My Order and you will receive an email regarding your order.

WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • After we received your payment, we will email your tracking number. You can track your parcel at poslaju website www.poslaju.com.my. It usually takes up to 1-3 working days for inside Malaysia. For overseas, you may refer more details by CLICK HERE

OUCHH! I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/DEFECT/MISSING ORDER?

  • We are extremely sorry! Kindly email us at thecasesbywf@gmail.com with your Order Number. We will contact you immediately.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM BECAUSE I HAD PICKED THE WRONG SIZE?

  • Unfortunately, no. We do not accept any exchange.

CARA MEMBUAT PESANAN?

  • Jadi ahli dengan mengaktifkan akaun dengan kami. KLICK SINI dan ikuti langkah-langkah yang diberi.
  • Pilih item yang anda mahu dan klik 'Add to Cart'. Jika anda ingin terus membeli-belah, klik 'Continue Shopping' dan ulangi proses tersebut.
  • 'Proceed to Cart'  dan 'Checkout'. Pastikan semua butiran anda adalah betul.
  • Pilih kaedah pembayaran:
    • Pemindahan dalam talian (sila email bukti pembayaran)
    • Deposit tunai (sila email bukti pembayaran)
    • Paypal
    • Kad Kredit
  • Klik 'I Confirm My Order' dan anda akan menerima e-mel mengenai pesanan anda.

BILA SAYA AKAN MENERIMA PESANAN SAYA?

  • Selepas kami menerima bayaran anda, kami akan menghantar e-mel nombor tracking anda. Anda boleh menyemak kiriman bungkusan anda di laman web poslaju www.poslaju.com.my. Ia biasanya mengambil masa sehingga 1-3 hari waktu bekerja dalam Malaysia. Untuk luar negara, anda boleh merujuk maklumat lanjut dengan KLIK SINI

OUCHH! SAYA TELAH MENERIMA KESILAPAN PESANAN / KEROSAKAN / PESANAN HILANG?
